Welcome Reception

Please join us for the Welcome Reception at the Biodiversity Research Center.
We will kick-start the conference at 18.30 with welcome drinks and some bites!

Price: Free of charge, however registration is required
Price accompanying person: €66,00 (early fee) or €72,00 (late fee)
Please note that pre-registration is possible on Thursday from 08.00-17.00, so if you are able to collect your badge before the Welcome Reception this is preferred, but not required. You can still join the welcome reception without congress badge, if registered.

It is a 7-minute walk from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca (USAMV), where the workshops will take place, and approximately a 30-minute walk from the congress venue, the Grand Hotel Napoca.
Please make sure to arrange your own transportation.
